Summary

This study uses advanced PET/MRI scans to see how exercise affects brain activity and blood vessel inflammation in people with PTSD who also have or are at risk for heart disease. Researchers will measure heart rate, blood pressure, and inflammation in arteries and bone marrow. The goal is to understand the heart-health benefits of exercise in this group.
