Summary
This study compared two specialized exercise programs for teens with mild to moderate scoliosis (spinal curvature). Thirty adolescents performed either the SEAS or BSPTS method, which involve specific postural corrections and strength exercises, to see which was better at stopping the curve from getting worse. The goal was to find a non-surgical way to manage the condition and improve posture and quality of life.
