Summary

This study looked at whether adding resistance or aerobic exercise to standard rehab helps walking and muscle strength in people with Parkinson's disease who also have muscle loss (sarcopenia). 32 participants were assigned to either resistance or aerobic exercise for 6 weeks. The goal was to see improvements in mobility, gait speed, and strength.
