Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week virtual exercise program could help improve strength, balance, and quality of life for cancer survivors living in rural areas. The program involved 100 participants who had finished their main cancer treatments and used online sessions and activity trackers. Researchers measured changes in physical ability and how satisfied people were with the program.
