First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether 18 weeks of guided exercise can help people with metastatic colorectal cancer feel better during chemotherapy. About 150 adults starting their first round of chemo will either join an exercise program or continue usual care. The goal is to see if exercise improves overall quality of life, not to cure the cancer.
