Summary

This study looked at whether a supervised exercise program can help people with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) become more physically active. About 97 adults aged 21 to 82 took part, with some starting exercise right away and others waiting 10 weeks. The program included treadmill walking and education sessions over 10 weeks.
