Exercise eases pain in breast cancer survivors, new study shows

Summary
This study looks at whether a supervised program of moderate walking and strength training can safely reduce pain in breast cancer survivors who still have pain after treatment. Ten women who finished cancer therapy at least six months ago will participate. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and helps with pain, sensitivity, and quality of life.
