Gentle home workouts tested to fight fatigue in rare lung disease

NCT ID NCT06543745

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week program of simple, low-resistance exercises done at home is safe and can help improve daily life and physical ability for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious lung condition. Researchers are enrolling 20 adults with stable PAH to try the exercise program and measure changes in their quality of life and fitness. The goal is to see if this easy, home-based approach is practical and helpful for managing the fatigue and weakness often associated with this disease.
