Summary
This study will test two different exercise programs to see which one better helps older adults stay strong, steady on their feet, and mentally well. Researchers will enroll 350 people aged 60 and older in Angola and randomly assign them to one of two 12-week exercise plans. The goal is to find safe and effective ways to help older adults maintain their independence and reduce their risk of falls.
