Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week resistance exercise program can improve quality of life, reduce frailty, and boost mental health in people with multiple myeloma. About 50 patients will be split into two groups: one doing supervised exercise and the other exercising at home. The goal is to see if exercise is safe and helpful for managing symptoms during active treatment.
