First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week program of aerobic and strength exercises can help breast cancer survivors who have arm swelling (lymphedema). About 58 women will be split into an exercise group or a usual-care group. Researchers will measure changes in swelling, body composition, strength, and quality of life to see if exercise is a safe and effective way to manage this condition.
