Summary
This study looked at whether a live-video exercise program (aerobic plus strength training) can improve fitness, muscle mass, and heart health in children and teens who had Fontan surgery for single-ventricle heart disease. 150 participants aged 8-19 were enrolled. The goal is to see if regular exercise can reduce long-term complications like heart failure.
