Summary
This study looked at whether a simple home exercise program could reduce anxiety and depression in people receiving hemodialysis. 54 adults on dialysis were split into two groups: one did home-based exercise for 6 months, the other did not. Researchers measured changes in depression and anxiety scores using standard questionnaires.
