Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week program of aerobic and muscle-strengthening exercises could improve heart health and physical fitness in women who had completed treatment for early-stage endometrial cancer. Thirty-three survivors participated, doing exercises at home with provided equipment like resistance bands and a Fitbit. The goal was to see if exercise could help reduce heart disease risk in this group.
