Summary
This study tested whether a supervised aerobic exercise program could improve heart health in childhood cancer survivors. The participants, who had received a specific type of chemotherapy that can damage the heart, followed a 12-week exercise plan. Researchers measured changes in heart structure, fitness, and quality of life to see if exercise could help reverse or prevent heart problems.
