Summary

This study looked at whether supervised exercise training is better than unsupervised exercise for improving balance and quality of life in people with diabetic nerve damage in their feet and legs. 32 adults aged 55-70 with type 2 diabetes for at least 10 years took part. The goal was to see which approach helps more with balance, muscle strength, and walking endurance.
