Summary
This study tests a 12-week home-based exercise program for adults aged 60+ with type 2 diabetes and early muscle weakness (probable sarcopenia). Participants will do short bouts of aerobic and resistance exercises to see if it improves their physical activity levels and muscle strength. The goal is to find a practical way to help seniors stay active and prevent further muscle loss.
