Summary

This study tested a 12-week intensive aerobic and resistance exercise program in 58 adults aged 40-85 with type 2 diabetes and thinking problems. The goal was to see if exercise could improve memory, metabolism, inflammation, and physical function. Participants were grouped by risk level and did supervised workouts to measure changes in cognitive scores and blood markers.
