Simple exercises may ease Chemo's painful side effects for older women

Summary
This study is testing whether a simple hand and foot exercise program can help reduce nerve pain and improve quality of life for older women receiving chemotherapy for gynecologic cancers. Researchers will enroll 74 participants aged 65+ who are experiencing nerve pain from their chemo drugs. The goal is to see if doing these exercises at home for 12 weeks lessens symptoms like numbness and tingling in the hands and feet.
