Can virtual workouts beat cancer fatigue? new study targets young survivors

Summary

This study is testing whether a supervised, remote exercise program can reduce severe fatigue in young adults who have survived brain cancer. Researchers will enroll 75 survivors aged 18-39 who are struggling with fatigue and are less than five years out from treatment. The goal is to see if regular, guided exercise delivered via telehealth can improve energy levels, physical function, and overall quality of life.
