Can special exercise help breast cancer survivors regain strength?

Summary
This study is testing two different group exercise programs to see which one better helps breast cancer survivors build muscle mass. The research involves 30 women who have completed breast cancer treatment (except for ongoing hormone therapy). Participants will attend supervised exercise sessions three times per week for 12 weeks to compare muscle growth and strength improvements between the two approaches.
