Can sweat sessions speed up recovery from bipolar depression?

Summary
This study is testing if adding supervised aerobic exercise to regular medication helps people with bipolar depression recover faster and prevents future episodes. It will enroll 54 participants who are currently experiencing depression. They will be randomly assigned to either do aerobic exercise, relaxation exercises, or just receive information about exercise for six weeks.
