Summary

This study will test whether a 12-week aerobic exercise program is practical and safe for 12 people with advanced multiple sclerosis who use wheelchairs. Participants will exercise twice a week under supervision. Researchers will measure fitness, daily function, thinking skills, fatigue, pain, and sensation, and ask about participants' experiences.
