This study looked at whether Schroth exercises, a special type of physical therapy, can help teenagers with mild to moderate scoliosis. Thirty teens aged 10-20 with a spine curve between 15-40 degrees took part. Researchers measured muscle strength, balance, breathing, and quality of life before and after the exercise program to see if it made a difference.
