NCT ID NCT06968052
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding Feldenkrais exercises—which focus on body awareness—to standard corrective exercises can help people with forward head posture. Researchers will measure neck movement, strength, and posture in 60 adults aged 18-65 who spend at least 4 hours daily at a desk. The goal is to see if this combined approach leads to better results than exercise alone.
