Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week program combining ergonomic training with exercise can reduce pain, improve sleep quality, and lower anxiety in nursing students. Sixty students will be split into two groups: one receives the program, the other continues their usual studies. Researchers will measure changes using standard pain, sleep, and anxiety questionnaires.
