Summary

This study looks at whether a single educational session about the benefits of physical activity can help people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) exercise more. The study involves 71 adults with IBD who are in remission. Researchers will measure their activity levels and quality of life after 6 and 12 months to see if the session makes a difference.
