One class to fight IBD fatigue: can education get patients moving?
NCT ID NCT07305454
Summary
This study tests if a single educational session can help people with stable Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis stick with a recommended exercise program. Researchers want to see if learning about the benefits of safe, adapted physical activity makes patients more likely to exercise regularly over a year. The main goal is to see if this education leads to less fatigue and a better quality of life for patients.
