First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-week program of exercise, a protein-controlled diet, and educational sessions could help people with early-stage chronic kidney disease (stages G1 and G2). Fifteen participants took part, and researchers measured changes in cholesterol, muscle strength, body fat, and quality of life. The goal was to see if these lifestyle changes could improve health outcomes and help manage the disease.
