Summary

This study looks at whether combining a specific exercise program with a long-term DHA (a type of omega-3 found in fish oil) supplement can improve physical abilities, thinking, and fatigue in 100 people with multiple sclerosis. Participants will be randomly assigned to different groups to compare the effects. The goal is to see if this approach can make daily life easier and reduce common MS symptoms.
