Virtual exercise plus coaching aims to boost fitness in cancer survivors

Summary

This study looks at whether adding motivational counseling to a virtual exercise program helps cancer survivors become more active. About 236 adults who finished cancer treatment within the last 5 years will take part. They will do supervised physical activity from home and receive either standard advice or extra behavioral coaching to build long-term exercise habits.
