Summary
This study tested whether adding core exercises and cognitive training to standard resistance training can improve quality of life in frail older adults. Thirty-two participants aged 65 and older completed 8 weeks of training. Researchers measured anxiety, depression, thinking skills, and balance. The goal is to find better ways to help older adults stay healthy and independent.
