Summary
This study tested whether a personalized, remote exercise and physical activity coaching program could improve quality of life in women who finished breast cancer treatment. Over 800 women participated, and researchers measured changes in physical and mental well-being after 12 months. The goal was to see if tailored support works better than standard care.
