Summary
This study tested whether personalized remote exercise coaching, using a digital platform and a connected watch, could improve quality of life in 824 breast cancer survivors. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the coaching or standard advice. The study measured changes in physical and mental health scores after 12 months.
