New study: exercise and therapy may ease cancer fatigue

Summary

This study looks at whether exercise therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can help reduce fatigue and improve treatment adherence in women with breast cancer. About 100 female patients in Singapore will take part. The goal is to see if these approaches are acceptable, culturally sensitive, and effective in managing fatigue.
