Summary

This study looks at whether exercise after cancer treatment affects how long survivors stay cancer-free and their overall survival. Researchers will analyze existing health records from 1,000 adult cancer survivors who completed treatment at least 3 months ago. The goal is to understand if starting exercise programs helps prevent cancer from returning.
