Can a simple bike ride boost your brain power?
NCT ID NCT06950060
Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of exercise affect the brain's ability to learn and adapt in older adults and people who have had a stroke. Researchers will compare high-intensity cycling, low-intensity cycling, and a health education group to see how exercise influences movement and thinking skills. The goal is to learn if specific exercise routines could become helpful, low-cost tools for improving brain health during aging and recovery.
