First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a short, home-based exercise program can improve bone density and structure in postmenopausal women with low bone mass. About 110 women aged 55-75 will be assigned to exercise alone or exercise plus their usual bone medication. The goal is to see if exercise adds extra benefit to medication for preventing fractures.
