Summary

This study looks at why people with type 2 diabetes have dangerously high blood pressure during exercise, raising their risk of heart attack and stroke. Researchers will test if damaged blood vessels and cell stress are to blame. The study involves 40 adults with and without diabetes doing handgrip exercises. Results may lead to new treatments to make exercise safer and more effective.
