Summary
This study is testing whether a special exercise program is safe and practical for older adults with blood cancers before they receive CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers want to see if patients can stick with the program and if it helps improve their strength and fitness. The goal is to gather information to design better support for patients undergoing this intensive treatment.
