First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tested whether two types of light exercise—stretching or traditional pregnancy exercise—could improve sleep quality in 60 pregnant women in their third trimester who were having trouble sleeping. Participants attended guided sessions twice a week for three weeks and filled out sleep and anxiety questionnaires. The goal was to see which exercise type helped women sleep better and feel less anxious.
