Summary

This study looks at whether resistance training and a high-protein drink after workouts can help women with breast cancer maintain muscle and reduce fat while undergoing chemotherapy. About 30 women will be randomly assigned to exercise and protein or standard care. The goal is to improve body composition and physical function during treatment.
