New study: simple home program may ease fatigue in breast cancer survivors

Summary

This study tests a 6-week home program combining exercise and a limited eating window (10 hours or less per day) for breast cancer survivors who are on hormone therapy and feel fatigued. 20 participants will track their steps, do resistance band exercises, and follow the eating schedule. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps reduce fatigue.
