First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week home program combining exercise and a limited eating window is practical and helpful for breast cancer survivors who are on hormone therapy and feel fatigued. Twenty participants will follow a plan to increase their steps, do resistance band exercises, and eat within a 10-hour window each day. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce fatigue and improve well-being.
