NCT ID NCT05079464

First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether exercising before a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) can improve memory in people aged 50+ with mild cognitive problems and heart or blood vessel risk factors. Participants will exercise and then receive brain stimulation, and their memory and thinking will be tested. The goal is to see if this combination works better than either approach alone.
