Summary

This study looks at whether different types of exercise (like walking or strength training) done at different times of day can safely lower blood pressure in people with glaucoma and high blood pressure. About 60 adults will try four exercise sessions, and their blood pressure and eye pressure will be monitored for 24 hours. The goal is to find the safest and most effective exercise routine for this group.
