Can a 10-Minute workout curb your appetite? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT06096233
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how short (10 minutes) and longer (30 minutes) exercise sessions affect appetite, hunger-related hormones, and how much food healthy men eat after a meal. Researchers will compare these exercise sessions to a no-exercise control group. The goal is to understand when appetite changes happen during exercise and whether they lead to eating less later. The study is for healthy men aged 18-65 with stable weight.
