NCT ID NCT07224724

First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study is developing a simple blood test to find small cancer spread that standard scans might miss in people with colorectal cancer that has reached the liver. Researchers will analyze tiny particles called exosomes in the blood of 500 adults to create a computer model that spots hidden disease. The goal is to help doctors choose the best treatment, such as surgery or transplant, by knowing exactly where the cancer has spread.
