Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug cadonilimab (AK104) and radiation to standard chemotherapy helps people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. About 73 adults who have not had treatment before will be randomly assigned to either the new combo or standard therapy alone. The main goal is to see if the combo shrinks tumors more effectively.
