New exercise program aims to help cancer patients feel better

Summary

This study tests an 8 to 12-week exercise program for people with or past cancer. The program includes supervised exercise classes, either online or in person. The goal is to help participants become more active and reduce cancer-related symptoms like fatigue. About 740 adults across Canada will take part.
