Summary
This study is testing a free, 8-12 week exercise program designed specifically for people who have or have had cancer. The program offers twice-weekly supervised classes, either online or in-person, to help participants improve their fitness, manage cancer-related symptoms like fatigue, and enhance their quality of life. It aims to make safe, effective exercise more accessible across Canada.
