Summary
This study tested whether a device called ExAblate can safely and repeatedly open the blood-brain barrier in 20 adults with high-grade glioma (a serious brain cancer) who were already receiving standard chemotherapy. The goal was to allow chemotherapy drugs to better reach the tumor. The study focused on safety and feasibility, not on curing the disease.
