Summary

This study tests whether etamsylate, a drug that helps blood clot, can prevent serious bleeding in people who have low platelet counts after a stem cell transplant. About 404 adults aged 18 to 70 will receive either etamsylate or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug reduces bleeding events or death within 30 days.
