First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding estrogen to standard hormone therapy can improve quality of life for men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. Standard treatment often causes hot flashes, fatigue, and bone issues by lowering estrogen. The trial will compare hot flash scores and overall well-being between two groups over 12 weeks. About 60 men with newly diagnosed or recurrent cancer will participate.
